  RRTC's Commitment to Confidentiality. We respect your privacy and we value the trust and confidence you have placed in us. Protecting the confidentiality of the information you provide to us is fundamental to our relationship with you.
  Private Information RRTC Collects. When you enter into an agreement for services with us, we obtain personal information about you to assist us in providing such services in accordance with your goals and objectives and to provide the administrative, professional, record keeping and reporting services associated with such services. The types of information we collect include some or all of the following: general financial condition, assets and liabilities, banking, insurance, income and expenditures, tax information, investment experience and history, risk tolerance, investment preferences and restrictions, and other information you provide to us in personal meetings or on forms you complete in connection with entering into an agreement for services or during the course of our relationship.
  How RRTC Uses the Information. RRTC uses the information you provide us to assist in providing accounting, tax, financial, and investment services requested by you in accordance with your guidelines and objectives and to provide the administrative, professional, record keeping and reporting services associated with such services. We use your information to help us deliver the services you have requested.
  Restrictions on Distribution of Your Information to Others. RRTC does not sell client lists or disclose nonpublic personal information about our clients to others, except as permitted by law or permitted by you. Certain limited information must, of course, be provided to outside companies such as investment managers, custodians and brokerage firms that provide services necessary to the management and administration of your account and the processing of transactions. We may also disclose the information we collect to others when it is required by law, such as to comply with a subpoena or summons, or to submit claims on your behalf, such as insurance claims or claims in securities class action lawsuits.
  Safeguarding Your Information. Under our privacy policies and practices, our employees have access to your information as necessary to assist us in the management and administration of your account and in delivering the services you have requested. In addition, we maintain physical, electronic, and procedural safeguards designed to protect your information in accordance with our professional standards and applicable law.
  Annual Updates. Each year during the course of our relationship we will provide you with a privacy notice like this one and keep you up to date on our policies and practices.
  Former Clients. We will continue to adhere to the policies and practices described in this Privacy Notice even after we stop providing services to you.
